Golden Star Buffet - Gaithersburg

I don't understand why the reviews are so negative. As an ethnic Chinese person, I can compare their offerings to other Asian buffets in the area. While it's true that the mac and cheese and pizza might be just okay, the other dishes are quite good.

Always 5 star atmosphere of the servers are candy. Eating is spot on Asian cuisine!

Excellent value for your wallet. Clean and much to choose. They constantly fill the food dishes on the buffet counters. Waiting staff is efficient. Without a lot of fanfare, they would get to your table whatever soft drinks you asked. My empty plates were quickly deleted and my drinks were refilled as I shared. Try it and you could enjoy this restaurant like I do just about every month!

Large variety of seafood and traditional food. Very clean and efficient service. Political and fast servers. They work twice on cleanliness and services. I watched her at the end of the nights. Clear differences in food choice between lunch and dinner are both great, but the additional seafood makes a difference in price. The top and the extra money worth. You should extend next door. L0L!

The food here is excellent! If you’re hungry, this is the place to go. There are plenty of options, especially if you enjoy Asian cuisine. Plus, for the kids, there are pizzas and nuggets available.
