Pizza Hut - Gaithersburg

I ate pizza hat. I really miss their restaurants. Luckily there is an exit location minutes from my house! BTW tastes the pizza as good as I remember!

The pizza from here always tastes great and the staff is always polite and friendly. The only drawback of this pizza hut is it less than 3 miles away, but they do not offer any delivery. Otherwise, stop the great work!

I put my order online and went to get it. The girl at the checkout was fast to say hello and welcome me to pick up my order and asked if I needed any extras or if I needed anything else. I caught a crushed red pepper and was on my way! This situation looks clean, fast and efficient. The food was nice and hot, even until I came home. No complaints.

I had a terrible experience with the pizza I ordered from here. They were over 40 minutes late delivering my food, and when I reached out about my order, they were argumentative. Initially, they insisted that it had already been delivered, which was not true. Then they claimed the driver had been waiting in my parking lot for 30 minutes, but he had my number and never called me. Eventually, he arrived, but the food was cold and inedible. I would recommend finding another place to order from!

We all know how do the pizza hut pizzas taste like... the 5 stars are for the staff, starting from the guy who took my order. He did an amazing job reminding me of the location when I was placing my order, he asked me if I'd be interested in drinks and desert, repeated my order and confirmed total price. I didn't get to talk to him when I got to the location to thank him but did get a chance to talk to his supervisor Ana who was also pleasant to talk to. The owner of this location hired and trained the employees right! Keep up the good work guys! ?????
