Sam's Pizza - Gaithersburg

The pizza is so good! I always come to Sicily. 10/10 recommend!

I ordered a highest pizza and absolutely LOVE it! I have to say this place has the best pizza in the area. I ordered it several times. If you want good pizza and not in NYC. Sam's the place!

Good pizza, but I would stay away from the Calzone as they look better than they taste. The pizza has a nice chewing crust and I'd be back for the pizza. But the calzon was very ****. They seem to use Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese together with some Ricotta. Not too much meat. Very disappointed by the Calzone.

Image perfect pizza right before closing time and wonderful customer service to boot! Maybe they just won a few regulars.

Oh this place is definitely a hole in the wall (as some other reviewer stated negatively) and it’s definitely not a gourmet restaurant, so if you don’t want that then go elsewhere, but that’s what makes this place GREAT! Had a perfectly done Chicken Cheesteak with crispy, golden fries and a soda with the combo. Was well-priced for the amount of food and a very filling lunch. I’m partial to places like this and if you want a quick lunch (not necessarily a healthy one, lol), made fresh and hot when you order, then check them out!
