The Impossible Shop - Gaithersburg

The shop burger was good but really not much better than the impossible whopper at Burger King in my opinion. I also got the chili cheese fries they were ok but my delivery took quite some time so they were no longer hot and fresh . I don 't blame the restaurant or delivery service for that but maybe the fries aren 't the best choice unless you are able to pick up yourself or live closer than I do.

This place is AMAZING… when the food is correct. Excellent flavors and combinations. I’ve unfortunately had really mixed reviews here. I now prefer to pick up my food to make sure it’s right. They often forget the condiments make substitutions without letting you know on DoorDash. An example would be cheese fries- they didn’t know to melt the cheese so they just put it unmelted on top of the fries. Another example: burgers come with lettuce tomato onion on the side but they forgot this. Making the burger just meat, cheese, bun. Not acceptable for the cost.
