Dolce Salute - GALATINA

My visit to Dolce&Salute in Galatina was a true palate-pleaser. As you can see from the photo, the pasticciotto was so irresistible that it had practically vanished before I could even capture it. The pasticciotto, along with the other sweets we tried, deserves a genuine standing ovation. This pastry shop manages to capture the essence of culinary tradition by offering vegan and almost always gluten-free versions of classic sweets. I highly recommend making a stop in Galatina to savor the delights of this family-run pastry shop. Beyond the exceptional food, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is attentive to customer needs.

Almost everything is vegan! Would give five stars and don't know why it's not possible because everything is vegetarian and mostly vegan. They have the best vegan Pasticciotto and lots of other vegan (and gluten-free) goodies! Updated from previous review on 2022-07-17

Excellent pastry with a very rich vegan choice. the taste of the desserts was very delicate. i recommend it. excellent pastry, delicate and refined. the vast majority of products is vegan at least the day I went to.) sin not being able to accompany the products with tea or coffee inside the pastry shop as they do not make coffee. recommended.
