Julie and I were here today. It was a unique place. The decor was very nice. The drinks were very good. The meat and cheese tray were fantastic. The prices were very reasonable. Very satisfied. We'll be back on Saturday!

The amenities were comfortable, clean, cozy – everything we hoped for our Christmas holiday. Their dog friendliness is unsurpassed, the view of the main road was the cherry above. If we ever come to Galena, we'll stay here! The Grape Escape below was a home away from home – a hub of amazing cocktails, delicious pizza, talented entertaining musicians or just a quiet place to spend your Christmas day doggies all. I couldn't imagine a better way to have spent our Christmas than everyone together in a bar with Miss Kitty. From the moment we rolled into the city, Rick patiently helped us in, to the moment we left Kitty sold us a memento from her Cat House, we felt welcome. A colossal Christmas tea Cheers to our hosts! ps. Make sure to meet the Galena Juicery behind the Grape Escape during your visit. Brandon is a juicy magician! S. Shout to the Grape Escape Barkeepers who welcome you with a glass of water before your cheeks meet the chair. Each one of them was real, friendly fun to be around.

This place is absolutely amazing! My husband and I came to Galena for our honeymoon and found this great jewel! Kain is an amazing bartender and made us feel like we were at home! He gave good stories and is a real man! I recommend you have Kain as a bartender when you come! Overall, it is an amazing atmosphere, and the owners did a nice work with the decor! Despite coming to Covid, this place did it a righteousness and better! Will definitely come back in summer! Great work kain!!! (He deserves a raise!)

Happy Here with my two daughters, wonderful martinis from their impressive Martini menu. Very good Negroni. We loved the atmosphere with its storage decor and attentive bartender.

We loved this bar. We went for music on Saturday night and for a **** Mary on Sunday afternoon. It is dog friendly, and our dog loved it too. Good music and drinks. Very fun crowd. Very nice staff.
