Ordered pizza for delivery on Christmas night. We wanted the Supreme minus a couple items. Shouldn't be an issue, right? Doordash app won't allow you to subtract an item in order to personalize your pizza. We had to make our own pizza,with all the same items minus the 2 we didn't want and pay extra for it. Surprisingly, the pizza wasn't bad and was pretty warm by the time delivery happened. Just think screwing around with the bill like this is wrong.

12/9/2022 second Friday in a row that I’ve ordered a taco or brisket pizza and there is something they don’t have to make it. One or the other. I’m standing here at 6:06om watching what is going on with in the store and there is inventory/delivery laying all over the store. Placed an order online. Show up to get it and it hadn’t even been started. So we go back out to the car and wait another 20 minutes. Finally get home with the $40 worth of pizza and it is literally not even cooked all the way. The dough was still wet! Now if it was a busy Friday night during football season then maybe I could understand even a little, but 1 a.m. on a Thursday?!?! Ridiculous. Okay

Every time I order something On the app or online it seems to be a nightmare. Not prepared correctly or not done at all. The last time I was here I made an on-line order for 1am and when I got to the store at my pickup time they hadn’t even started making my food. To top it off the third shift employees frequently argue with one another and swear in front of the customer. Totally unreal and unprofessional!

I ordered a large taco Pizza. They did not put on the dorito chips. When I called, they said that I could not return the pizza, they said that they could not deliver me the correct pizza. I asked what they were planning to do about the wrong order and got no response. I finally said make me a new pizza I will come and get it in 1/2 hour and I will return the wrong one. What a rip off.
