Kfc - Galion

Ordered the online $30 special. 8 pcs of chicken, 8 tenders, a large french fry, a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy, a large side of coleslaw and 4 biscuits. Great deal!! We waited till the app told us the order was ready for pickup and my husband headed in to get it. He told them he had an on-line order and gave them our name. The man behind the counter said it was still gonna be a few minutes. My husband replied OH, it said it was ready. Instead of apologizing, the man replied, we'll it's not!! Just not very customer friendly. Thankfully the meal was delicious and hot!

Food was amazing!! My family and myself enjoy this kfc location specially!! Crystal was very helpful and directed me to the best deal for my large family. Definitely recommend!! Also seen another comment about the cookies and the cookies there have been discontinued for the past few year!!! They have delicious brownies and cakes now!!!!

Placed a $42 order at 11:05 am for a 12:15 quick pick up. Arrived at 12:15 to no order ready. Waited 20 minutes for my quick pick-up. No apology, no bonus (some cookies) for the trouble. Get back to work to find everything cold except the pot pies I waited forever for. Between the ridiculous prices, the lack of value the don't give a damn service, I don't see this KFC location lasting the year .

Order some on Friday night woke up Saturday with food poisoning sick all day. ??

Ordered 8 piece bucket all dark meat, half Krispy half original.Got the soggyist, over breaded, undone mixed pieces all original.All for a whopping 31.00. The worst chicken I've ever eaten. Every piece was undercooked I had to throw it all out. On the positive side, mashed potatoes and gravy was great. Corn was old.
