Little Caesars Pizza - Galion

We love the breadsticks, but waiting is ridiculous. They usually have nothing hot and ready. People are often not friendly and do not welcome you. Waiting times are usually over 30 minutes, even if you need to order before time and even wait after your order pick-up time. Parking is terrible.

I thought I'd stop to get one of them hot and ready pizzas for it during the advertised hours. After I had given up and paid my order, I was told it was 20-30 minutes and asked if that was okay. It was a little late at this point as they already had my money. Then it took about 45 minutes to get my food out. Not sure what happened this evening, but it seemed to be an important problem that happened on the back that stopped production for a long time.

It's okay, honestly, could use some training with their employees. Most of the time when it's slow or the right people are there they are nice, but if it's busy watching you watch 2 people just laugh while a phone rings and 3 different customers wait to be helped, does not make you want back. Food went downhill, depending on who actually works. I don't know there's a good worker there. Edit sept 6th 2022 happened again, neither 2 females behind the counter helped to take orders or answered the phone, while the young gentleman took care of the house before and finished eating out the oven and boxed it himself. I know there's always a manager of such a staff, and they'd have helped in front and back. Not only we couldn't see them. And if she wasn't a manager, then the three people I know where I should have helped here and not leave the man to do this myself.

The gentleman at the counter was working very hard to keep up on a busy rush. The two girls in the back very slowly dragged their feet making the food and were chatting the whole time and ignoring the phone which rang numerous times throughout the HOUR it took us to get our on pizza and breadstick order. Ive worked in pizza places before and know that it is not that hard to multi-task and get orders out.

Pizza seems under cooked and they just threw the pepperoni on there in big globs one is definitely worse than the other. Please do Better in the future...
