As soon as I said that I was vegan not only explained the components of the various dishes and sauces (and not only of what I had ordered, but also of my friends in case I wanted to taste), but when I ordered Nan they told me (what I did not know) that the traditional one was milk, and that they would make me especially vegan (which obviously in the menu was not included). exquisite owners so much food.
