Hardee's - Gallatin

I ordered the speck double cheeseburger but received a regular Hardee's burger instead, and my fries were only half full. They really need to pay more attention to their orders—there always seems to be an issue every time I visit.

I’ve visited Gallentin several times hoping to grab a biscuit before noon, as they claim to serve breakfast until that time. However, the breakfast area is often closed well before the restaurant's official closing time. It seems they frequently face staffing shortages, which suggests poor management if they can’t maintain enough employees. On one occasion, I waited 20 minutes for a cookie, only to be told they were out. It's frustrating for me and the customers in line behind and in front of me. If they run out of cookies, they should put up a sign so we don’t waste our time waiting for nothing! They definitely seem to be busy, but it would help to improve the management and service.

The employees were unable to take my order because they were all on the phone. The only person attending to customers was an older lady. Meanwhile, a younger staff member was preoccupied on a call. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of work ethic in the younger generation. I won't be returning.

Currently rebuild, but they are still open. the location of the order has been moved from behind the building to be next to it, so if they have a regular clock it or they can pull up to far if there is no line.

Very poor service. 5 staff persons standing at the counter. 5 !!!The girl at the register said she'd be with us in a minute. Not ! They were too busy talking to some girl to wait on a customer.
