Mcdonald's - Gallatin

The food is always great at this restaurant! Whether we get it through the drive-thru, delivery, or dine-in, it is always consistently good. We appreciate their great service - hands down the best McDonald's around!

McDonald's is a well-loved fast food restaurant, but there are definitely some issues. The staff often seem to lack basic customer service skills, rarely smiling or greeting customers. There is often a lack of friendly interactions, with staff simply taking your money and quickly handing over your food without much of a personal touch. Overall, the service at McDonald's leaves much to be desired.

For the second time on a Saturday, I ordered the 2 for $6 special. The Big Mac was just above room temperature, and for the second time, the meat was overcooked. I received a smashed Quarter Pounder that was flattened, overdone, lacking moisture, and had meat spilling out on all sides. When I was in college in the early 70s, I worked with a former McDonald's employee who mentioned a technique of pressing down on the burgers to cook faster. It seems like they may be using this method at this location, but the quarter pound meat should fit properly on the bun with some moisture. The fries were good and hot, although I prefer the burgers at Smashburger as they are not overcooked. Unfortunately, Smashburger is not available locally. It seems like the person cooking the burgers on Saturdays is not doing it correctly. I plan to order two $6 quarter pounders on Saturday again and if they are not satisfactory, I will speak to the manager. I reached out to McDonald's about my experience but have not heard back from them.

It was pretty good like normal. I've got a Lil Boy that wears McDonalds out! So I may get a lil tired of eating it but it's always good! I'm picky an hate onions so anytime I order a burger I order it special an it's always on point these days. I used to have to check it b4 I leave an hadn't had to do that in a while. My son is always asking about the play area tho! I hope they open it back up! I know it's difficult since Covid but it really is a place for children and I know 100% they miss that! But Thank Y'all, I know y'all work hard! So, again Thanks for real!

Always check your bag before leaving the drive-thru line they always leave something out of big orders or little orders we're really any of my orders
