Subway - Gallatin

We really enjoyed our sandwiches this time! It has been a while since we visited Subway, and I have to say it was even better than Jimmy John's!

The experience was fantastic, especially thanks to the reactions of the young people I was with. The staff were very attentive and helpful, so we’re likely to return.

I visited Gallatin, TN for the first time and ordered a foot-long roasted chicken breast with speck. Unfortunately, I found hair in my sub, and I won't be eating here again.

Sign says they are open until 9 but will refuse service if you walk in at 8:55.... Yes I'm being this petty! I spent all day doordashing and I worked at Subway through high school. All I wanted was a sub to take home after a long day. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to make my sub. If a customer came in at 8:59 I would have still had to serve them, with a smile ... Our manager also did surprise visits to make sure we didn't close early so it just frustrates me when I dropped an order and rush to Subway between doordash orders just to be refused service.

The two ladies working have great customer service skills!
