Waffle House - Gallatin

The customer service was great. the food was even better. Usually it is too cold in all waffelhaus restaurants, but not here the temperature has been comfortable?

The staff is always friendly, and the food is quick and delicious, meeting high standards!

The staff here is fantastic—super attentive and friendly. This is one of the last true gems in America, especially before everything becomes franchised. It offers genuine dining experiences at reasonable prices, complete with a jukebox for added ambiance.

I walked in to find that half of the tables were empty, but they were still dirty. The staff seemed to care more about joking around and their phones than cleaning up for the customers. On August 21, 2022, I was allowed to enter and was left standing there for five minutes without anyone saying a word to me. It was a terrible experience and completely unacceptable. I would recommend avoiding this place!

We really like waffle house but this place is so dirty we won't be back. They're standing in water, flies everywhere. Yuck!When we walked in one lady said where do you want to sit? All the tables with no people sitting were dirty.
