Cafe 82 - Galle

Owner was a kind housewife who was very accomodating. I was also very happy for the seperate vegan menu. When we asked whether we could have waffles, she said she could make the waffles vegan!! We had waffles w chocolate ice cream and srilankan coffee and iced coffee (coffee shake w coconut ice cream). For coffee there was a choice between soy and coconut milk. Overall 10/10 would come back again in srilanka. Updated from previous review on 2024-01-10

Nothing groundbreaking but the vegan coconut ice cream was very tasty. Owner is kind and there is a separate vegan menu.

The ice cream was simply fabulous. Also, we had a lovely chat with the owners who are super nice people. If you can make it to Galle and love ice cream you have to pay this place a visit.

Lovely people. You can order what you want they will do. Unfortunately I was a bit sick so I didn’t try the ice cream but smoothie without sugar and natural. So delicious. And my coffee made my day

This place ist just simply stunning! The host is such a sweet gal, the inside looks just classic Sri Lankan and the Ice Cream is amazing!! I had the Coconut and OMG heaven! Will definitely come back for more
