I don't say it's the best hot dog in the world, but definitely Top Ten. Guided by friendly people with acoustic charm. A lunch that stays with you... in a good way!
I don't like hot dogs, but I grew up on Remo's. I keep my freezer in Powell, OH with the sauce. You can buy the sauce and your own dogs and rolls, but there is nothing like a shop in Gallipolis. This place should be classified as historical landmarks. Great family and treat you like family when you go through this door.
In the land of the hot dog sauce (from Chillicothe, OH to Pikeville, KY further north, south... or east and west, will you ask what kind of sauce? We have chili, ketchup, relish, etc... There are numerous highlights. Each milk mart, gas station, small league field and grandmother have their own special hot dog sauce recipe. Most are delicious and are well worth the price (what is always reasonable; Remo 's but is in a class of them! The actual debate is #2. #1 is undoubtedly...REMO 'S!!!
The best hot dogs around the Tristate hands! Great friendly service! Love the atmosphere!
The best hands down! With a bonus of you can smell it for the rest of the day after eating.
