Home cooking at its best in New Mexico! The staff was incredibly friendly, creating a cozy diner atmosphere. The menu featured a wide variety of New Mexican dishes, including mix-and-match combos. The flour tortillas were made in-house and were fresh, fluffy, thick, and incredibly soft, making them perfect for dipping in the Mexican-style broth and richly flavored tomato-based beef stew. This stew was loaded with generous chunks of beef, potatoes, carrots, and plenty of aromatic spices. My husband particularly enjoyed the beef fajitas, which came with a delightful blend of spices that complemented the fluffy tortillas and juicy beef perfectly. I absolutely loved the stew; it was so satisfying after a long, chilly day of hiking. It was perfectly seasoned, and the broth was incredibly soothing.

The service was outstanding! Our waitress, Cecilia, was fantastic and very friendly; she consistently checked in on us to ensure we were doing well. The food was tasty, but the prices are a bit steep for the small portion sizes. Other than that, I would definitely return!

It's a two-mile journey to get there, but it's definitely worth every step. A little tequila helped me unwind and made the trip back to the hotel even more enjoyable. If I'm ever in the area again, I would absolutely eat there.

Authentic! Large fillings, the waiting staff was exemplary. The sauces are all made in the house, like the flour tortillas. If you like spices, go for the green chili sauce. Loved the perpetrators and Enchiladas!

Chicken fried steak! Steak n enchiladas! Manudo! Omg, the food is delicious! We're happy! Definitely worth the wait!
