I absolutely love it! The meals are fantastic when you're in a hurry or just have a few minutes to spare. Don't forget to try the cold treats as well! The staff is also incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst place I've ever been! The customer service was terrible, and the staff were very rude. The food was salty, cold, and greasy. I waited for 40 minutes, and it felt like a complete waste of my time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place; they don't even deserve one star!

I can only give one star for the carhop service. While we were trying to place our order, the carhop asked if we needed anything else, and when we repeated our order, she rudely stated, "I already got that!" We explained that it wasn’t showing up on the screen, and continued trying to place our meal orders. After a moment of silence on the intercom, we started saying, "Hello? Hello?" Eventually, the carhop came out with just our drinks. I explained that we were still in the process of ordering, but she said she was sorry and that we needed to push the button and order again, as that’s just how the managers want it.

I got an ultimate meat and cheese. Horrible horrible all the meat in there was hard as a rock and the customer service was horrible! Hate that employees think it?s okay to send food out like this and be rude on top of it. I am a GM so yes I know how it is but I can promise you they wouldn?t be working for me:

An order of fries wasn?t added and and onion rings were burnt. They told me they couldn?t give me another order of fries and they took the onion rings to make sure I wasn?t lying (I guess). Second onion rings, burnt again! Service sucked and people had been driving off due to long wait.
