Feedback gevenThe woman at the window seemed disinterested and would benefit from either taking a break or finding a different job. Her lack of enthusiasm for customer service was quite evident. It's unfortunate that some people appear to dislike their work. Regardless, she should take more pride in her role. A smile goes a long way, and engaging more with customers would greatly improve the experience.
As for the restaurant, I think there’s a mistake regarding the image they used. The Carl’s Jr. in Galt, CA does match the listed address, but it looks different from what’s shown. While the address seems accurate, I suspect the link provided is misleading.
Cold fries ?? Unmelted cheese on burgers ?? Employee laughs while taking your order ?? Spent over $80 ?? This actually used to be a super good Carl's location but obviously has different management or something will not be going back.
Good service but prices are getting very high for fast food and my food was barely warm twice now this has happened im not sure I will be going back
We used the drive-thru and received everything we ordered. The food quality met our expectations for CJ's. Overall, a good experience.
