Dutch Bros Coffee - Galt

Always a nice stop in the early morning! There's nothing like getting away from the rage of the morning commute just to amp myself up to join in on the rage!

Mariah is incredibly sweet; I really love her! The customer service is outstanding!

I really enjoy Dutch Bros, and I hate to leave a negative review, but with winter approaching, I've noticed there aren't any staff members taking orders outside for the drive-thru. This has significantly increased wait times, as customers often aren't ready to order by the time they reach the window. I've ended up late to work a few times now because it takes an extra 5 to 15 minutes to take and prepare their orders.

The customer service was lacking. The staff was extremely rude and I requested a surprise drink along with a tea specifically made with coconut milk floating on top, but they mixed it in instead and didn’t listen at all. I've definitely experienced much better customer service.

Great coffee and variety of drinks for every taste bud out there. Their snacks are good but I did enjoy when they used to serve hot breakfast at some locations. Very friendly
