Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. - Galveston

My daughter and I last stopped at night for dinner while we walked on the pleasure pier. it was a Saturday night and most places had a waiting time, bubba gump sat directly on the terrace with views of the beach with a warning that it was very windy and that we did not change our thoughts and go into. That was good. I ordered cooked garnels to begin, it was quite delicious. for dinner I ordered the surf and the rasen and asked to replace kartoffeln for an salat. the steak came out and was still very red in the inner and ****, but also burned. the steak was a very thin piece of meat, not a very good cut. came with the kartoffels, the server realized that and went to the salat. the garnel with which it came, had a good taste and I ate the, but the steak was not even worth saving. I worked in the restaurant industry before many mondens and knows what happens when they send back a meal to be cooked, do not try my chances there. the server English was not the best, so communicating was a tad difficult. he sent the manager who is very friendly, and offered to the meal I rejected. with the appetizer and the garnel and salate I was full so that he credited the bill. the restaurant was dirty, there were pieces all over the floor and the dishes are stacked here and up, that was a bit repulsive. I was in the restaurant before and then had a decent experience, more than anything this restaurant is a tourist attraction and has a great location on the beach and pier.

The service was great. Waiting for the food took a bit long. It was a little busy but no wait to be seated. Which was awesome.The food was ok. I was expecting all this flavor nothing like that at all. I was a bit disappointed. The fries have this seasoning which I didn't like. Great place to try at least once!

We went on a Saturday night so it was extremely busy! The employees were kind and great to work with, but there wasn't a lot of seating so it took a while to get our food and wait. There was no space for eating inside. The food was great and we had no issues with it, just a very long wait.

The food was very good. Once seated the service was fairly fast.

It was great! After a morning at Pleasure Pier it was the perfect lunch. Great service and staff!
