Jimmy John's - Galveston

Ordered at sandwich for delivery at 11:40, called for an update at 12:15 they said they were short staffed and busy so I would need to hold for 10 minutes. Next they told me it would be out right away with another delivery driver ASAP. I was notified on my app it was out for delivery. By now it 's 12:40 still nothing. I called back and they put me on hold before I could say anything, I called back and quickly asked for an update before they could put me back on hold. They answered WHATS UP? clearly annoyed... I asked for an update since I was notified at 12:15 my order was out for delivery. The worker said my sandwich was still in the store and when I asked why it said out for delivery he replied idk I 've been slicing meat all day. Oh and when I asked when it would actually be out for deliver he said a long time. I cancelled my order. Real winners you have working there. @jimmyjohns

We came from Houston and starved, we were looking for a place to eat and went to Jimmy John's. We would have given them a lot of business, but when we got there shortly after 9:30, the woman who works the counter told us that they were closed. Your hours at the door and online said 10, so we asked them to clarify. She said they closed at 9:30 so they can't serve us. If I were the owner of the company, I would want to know that someone will not be served if they were to be open. A sandwich wouldn't have taken more than a few minutes, and we would have been out there before 10:00. Do not advertise that you are open when you are not ready to serve customers.

This harbour location is convenient for visitors and locals alike and the fast service is what they expect. the load is kept clean and cool and there are reserved space for jj and dieucks customers. the bratbeefsandwichse are always a good idea, especially the jägerclub
