Mcdonald's - Galveston

I live on the island and recently had to go to McDonalds on 61. No other customers were in order. After I was seen by staff and a manager, I asked if I had to use the self-order computer, and the gray shirt manager rolled her eyes said no and went in the other way. Of course she came back and took my order, but not after she had given me the feeling that my business did not want. Working with the public is really hard BUT a little human goodness goes far

It was very nice and clean. They were certius greeting us as we entered with a smile. I'm waiting very patient while we thought what to order. They have handicap ramps on the doors. I love that, they were fast and got the order they were busy. Price was ok. a little family atmosphere. And they have tables inside and outside. They're outside concrete tables. Everything and everything a nice trip. I want to take the kids.

The manager was the one who used the window, gave me the price on the screen and the reception tried to calculate me almost $2 more than what it showed her that I wouldn't pay it. I said I'll pay what's on my ticket, she got mad at me to call her and took my money and never gave me my change and hit the window in my face. Will never go there again absolutely bad service I have ever received. the employee in the front window said the same to their manager behavior and apologized for their manager. Bad experience and customer service. Remember those who do not like their job life is too short to get a new one that you only live a life, it is not unhappy.

Great thing for kiosk because you are waiting for someone to take your order. Eating is like any McDonald's, especially for the little ones. I didn't have to be questioned when my parents' order was wrong, even with the entrance in the hand, we were missing complete meals and fries. The Pommes Dilemma was the worst. Food: 3/5

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, POOR SERVICE NOT NICE EVERYONE WEARING EAR PHONES CANT HEAR YOU WHEN ASK FOR SOMETHING THEY IGNORE YOU AND THE CLEANLINESS IS THE WORST NO CLEAN TABLES OR FLOOR FOOD EVERYWHERE!!!!Food: 1/5
