Rudy and Paco's is fantastic! We visited for a 90th birthday party and everything was exceptional. Paco himself welcomed our birthday guest and the staff greeted us with smiles and great service, as we were the only ones in the restaurant. The waitress brought menus and drinks with a friendly attitude. The wine recommended was perfect with our meals. The filets were cooked to perfection and incredibly tender, the snapper special was mouthwatering, and the sea scallops were delicious. The desserts were fantastic, and despite our intentions to share, we ended up finishing everything. Our server Chloe was sweet and attentive, with a beautiful smile and sparkling personality. I highly recommend Rudy and Paco’s for anyone looking for a special dining experience in Galveston. They are a local favorite and a wonderful addition to the community. Thank you - I will definitely be back!

Amazing service and food. It is a must for nice evening out on the island. However the outside of the bldg does not fit the inside.

Always a treat! The lightly fried shrimp were perfection, the poblano soup delicately spicy and the chocolate sabroso cake an absolute perfect end!
