On Friday, I had to interrupt her conversation with friends to order my coffee, despite being in a hurry for work. After waiting 10 minutes, I was given the wrong drink. Today, the same waitress with blonde short hair and black glasses was incredibly rude to me at the counter. I ordered a cappuccino after paying €3.20, only to receive a small flat white instead. When I tried to explain the mistake, she dismissed me and showed no interest in rectifying the situation. After these two disappointing experiences, I doubt I will be returning for a third.
I am pleased to see that Cafe Express on St. is improving. It is crucial for owners to understand the significance of their staff in creating a welcoming atmosphere. I had previously chosen to get my coffee from other places due to some issues with two senior staff members. Now that they are no longer there, I look forward to returning to what was once the top coffee shop in Galway.
I had an amazing breakfast at this restaurant last week. The scrambled eggs were fantastic and the brown bread was excellent. The coffee was also very good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.
This basic Outlet is well-located at the bottom of the very busy Shop Street (there 's another Cafe Express on the corner of Eyre Square). Weather permitting, you can sit outside and watch the Shoppers, Tourists Others go by. Coffee is very ordinary, and as such, is moderately priced.
