Sonny's - Galway

Wow.... This place is a TARDIS, what an amazing find. There were four adults and we all had a main meal, two had pizzas, one steak sandwich and chicken goujons. The pizzas were quite large, they had plenty of toppings and the base was thin and crispy. The goujons were crispy and juicy, the Steak sandwich was just FIT!!!! That's the food out of the way, there were plenty of staff buzzing about so anything we needed we didn't wait long for. The place itself Is amazing, lots of rooms and tables in all directions. These were all pleasantly lit with room enough to sit and eat comfortably. If you are in Galway, it's a must!!

Incredibly broad and varied menu, great vego options, friendly service and good vibes. Had the steak sandwich which was the best I’ve ever had (and the pepper sauce is phenomenal).

My husband and I were told to stop in here for a late night pint while only being in Galway for 2 nights and I am SO glad we did. This has to be my favorite pub we have been to thanks to Tobi Kaye performing. I can’t say much about the food or drink as didn’t eat and we only had a couple Guinness, but the atmosphere was amazing, Toni’s music was incredible, and we had the best time singing and vibing with him. This is a perfect late night spot to hit.

I absolutely loved this place from the moment I walked in and sat at the bar. We were greeted by a friendly bartender, Mr. Sharkey. He was so nice and I enjoyed the chat and banter. Nothing beats great hospitality. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The food was amazing, absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The atmosphere and music were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
