Chipotle Mexican Grill - Gambrills

Everything was fine, but there was less meat and chips than I remember. The order was correct and it arrived earlier than expected.

There are some consistency issues at this restaurant. Occasionally, some orders are quite sparse, while other times they are generously portioned. The chips can be stale on one visit and fresh the next. Additionally, I've noticed that there tends to be less carne asada compared to chicken in the dishes.

The restaurant often skims on the carne asada and serves smaller portions for online orders. There can also be inconsistencies with the drink orders. Just be cautious when placing your order.

Iv noticed I get half portion when ordering on doordash compared to when I come in. I ordered 2 bowels since I only get half a portion, both were the same however 1 was loaded with corn that I didnt ask for. Stop sucking

We were consistently disappointed by this Chipotle. The restaurant suffers from poor organization and is frequently out of various items (like guacamole, which is available at other locations, and even forks). Since this is our closest location, we have tried to give it multiple chances. However, the last straw was on Saturday when my son ordered a bowl. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive it! The staff seemed very disorganized, and my son had to wait while they handled a large online order ahead of him. Things only got worse when someone picked up their online order and it was incorrect. He had to wait again while the cashier fixed that order. After that, the cashier focused on packing another online order instead of checking on my son's order. There was no apology for the long wait, no acknowledgment of the poor service—nothing at all. The convenience of this location is no longer worth our time or money. We have decided we will not return.
