Feedback gevenI come to this Starbucks all the time. They’re pretty consistent, they’re always pretty nice and I’ve never had any issues. Today though I was in a rush, and I messed up my order so bad when I ordered ahead online. When I got there I was so embarrassed to explain to the barista what I actually wanted in my drink, contrary to what it said on the mobile order. When I tell you as soon as I got in there Rachel was behind that counter holding it DOWN. She was working as a barista pretty much by herself, drink after drink. And she did it with precision. I’m only 16 but I’m pretty obsessed with Starbucks and I’ve never seen a barista be able to multi task so well, and the scariest part is she made it look so easy. She fixed up me and my moms drink despite it being my fault and she had the sweetest smile the whole time. Someone please give that person a raise. She was really in there doing her big one. It’s so hard to be under such high demand and still manage to keep such a pleasant attitude.
Stop making the pumpkin cream cold brew wrong. Please. 3 of the 4 times I’ve been to this location they made it wrong. It’s not supposed to have crème on the bottom just the top. Other locations make it correct.
My impression from visiting this Starbucks on many occasions now is that they typically prioritize orders from the drive thru and not mobile orders or orders taken at the cashier. I’ve tried to do place an order a number of different ways over months for trial and error and even though the drive thru line is horrendously long, you end up waiting less time in their drive thru line than you would for a mobile order or an order placed at the cash register. Of course, there are a handful of times, the mobile order and cash register surprisingly worked out a little quicker, but not always. Yesterday, my husband and I put in a mobile order at the same exact time and our orders said they would be ready at the same exact time. Mine came out 10 minutes past the time and his 1st drink came out 20 minutes past the time, finally we had to ask the cash register about the 2nd drink and they had to go looking for the sticker and it was stuck to a machine that no one was even working on… which is not the first time this has happened. Not really sure how their ordering system works, but could use some kind of adjustment because you can tell people in store are really frustrated as they’ve been waiting +25 minutes for a drink.
This place is a nightmare in the mornings and they always take so long to make orders. It took them 25 minutes to make one tall Pike that I had mobile ordered 10 minutes prior, I used to work at Starbucks and they really need to do better at drink timing and getting a more efficient rollout.
Just had an incredibly horrible experience at this Starbucks. I went inside and ordered one medicine ball and one pastry. There were about 7 people behind me standing in line. I noticed that literally every person who had ordered their food and drinks after me were receiving their orders except for me. I asked nicely as I had some place to be if they had my order. They said yes. Another 3 people that walked in after me received their orders and I asked again. A lady with glasses on yelled at me for inquiring.
