The food here was amazing ! I had the nutmeg special kofta which was served in a spinach and tomato sauce with Indian spices. The spice was perfect . My husband had the paneer angara . The paneer had a smoked flavor which was superb. The chef Bhati is to be complemented . Vegetarian options: All our food was vegetarian. My wife and I are staying here at the hotel and it’s really perfect. The rooms are spotless and absolutely beautiful like staying in a Jaipur palace. Our host Dharmendra was very kind and helpful the whole stay. The restaurant here is also amazing, I was surprised at my first tasty pasta I’ve ever had in India
