Tim Hortons - Gananoque

I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for just a medium tea and a wrap. Even after ordering, I still had to wait at the window for the wrap. This Tim Hortons is one of the worst I have ever been to. I would not recommend wasting your time here. I am puzzled by the good reviews this place receives.

My experience at the Tim Hortons in Gananoque. Was very very poor. I say poor because the staff is very rude has horrible attitude, problems, and is too lazy to fix any machines or anything that has gone wrong. One of the workers in the establishment have admitted that the management came in that morning and said that they were too lazy to fix a certain machine, I think that is just downright stupid and lazy. Tim Hortons Gananoque Location should not be ran that way and I think they need better management.

For a typically slowwww store, we got in and out relatively quickly. However the shelf's were basically bare!

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Tim Hortons. We waited in the drive thru for 25 mins. When we ordered we needed to correct the order on the screen. When we finally got to the window- the girl at the window was completely disinterested in any sort of customer service. She handed us our two drinks and a bag. The bag had two muffins that we didn’t order. We said we didn’t order these muffins- it should have been one carrot muffin and a bagel. She said “well it’s on the screen”. We said well that’s not what we ordered. She said “what do you want me to do? It’s what the screen says and your bagel is still on the screen”. She just stared at us until we said said that’s fine, we will take the two muffins. We then waited for 6 minutes at the window for the bagel. The same girl finally opened the window and shoved the bagel at us and closed the window. The bagel was toasted and cold, not cut in half with no butter, just cheese that had definitely started to warm up and then had sat and got cold. So after waiting a ridiculously long time, we don’t even have what we ordered and what we do have is cold (including the coffee that is lukewarm).

Absolutely a complete waste of time . There is no reason people should be waiting in drive through for 30+ minutes,and about the same length of time if you go inside to store front. Let alone waiting 30+ minutes in drive through to get a single coffee that is rarely ever what you ordered or made right . This place is just ridiculous. And a complete cluster fxxk. Waiting in line at store front while employees are talking doing nothing horsing around cursing and swearing. .you would need at least an hour lunch brake if you were planning on going her on your lunch imagine that . We Absolutely need another tim hortons in this town this place should be closed down. . Also once again they have no grill working and no stepped tea . This establishment seems to be cursed with broken appliances. This place is a total inconvenience. Through and through
