Starbucks - Gap

Nasty my order was incorrectly assembled those teens don?t know how to follow directions. Why is my coffee spicy? Get it right out here giving kidney stones

Order through the app. Anytime you order at the speaker your drink is wrong. The morning employee acts like you are trying to get something free when you point out the error. Drinks have gone down hill no flavor

Employees are always pleasant but my gosh they?re so slow!! No sensible workflow or sense of how to prioritize when it comes to customer service. I stop here a few times per week on my way to work. I order ahead on the app and either my order isn?t ready or there?s some other delay. Today I watched the person at the window type in a whole new drive thru order as I was sitting at the drive through window staring at my coffee on the counter next to her.

Clover is the best employee at this store all ways nice hardworking and makes great drinks. The rest of the staff is nice too and the store is clean.

This has been my daily coffee place for a month. Clean and quick service. People working there a great at their service.
