The quality of the food is ok. But the service is unacceptable bad. It took half an hour before the staff noticed us (table of 6). Then it took almost an hour to serve the dishes. And then they forgot to prepare the dish of one of us. It looked as if they really did not care.

I was surprised to read some of the reviews of this restaurant, but most of them seem to be about lunch, which we didn't have here as we were out for day trips. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and enjoyed dinner so much the first time that we decided to have our remaining dinners here as well rather than take a chance elsewhere. I can't speak to lunch, but the dinners were lovely well prerpared food fish, pasta, caprese salad, a fresh and tasty strawberry dessert. We did have several Aperol Spritzes here as well and they were just right I make it a point to have an Aperol Spritz every day when traveling in Italy (well, at home too) so I have a sense of how they should be. The young men serving were friendly and attentive. As has been said the views and location (right on the promenade) are fabulous. We'd be happy to dine here again when in Garda.

È un hotel da sogno la camera con terrazza vista lago è favolosa, appena si entra in camera sembra di vivere una fiaba. Tutto molto pulito, ordinato, e spazi eccellenti e ben distribuiti. Il bagno è dotato di una doccia filo pavimento molto ampia e pratica. Armadi validi e profumati, cura e attenzione in ogni angolo. Colazione eccezionale che sposa ogni gusto dal salato al dolce e di una varietà altissima. Assolutamente consigliato! Grazie Cristiana per l’accoglienza e a tutto lo staff sempre cordiale gentile e sorridente che ha reso stupendo soggiorno un incanto. A presto
