Burger 21 North Frisco

My burger was super bland BUT my husband liked his, so I guess it depends on what you get. Their fries are good, but they brought them out way before the burgers, so my table finished them before the burgers arrived. That's weird. I prefer to eat mine together. They do have cool drink machines, though, which I liked. And they put out candy for kids. That was cool. I'd go back for a second try to see if it was on off day for me. If the burger was the same, I wouldn't go back a third time.

I am regretful I have to give this place any stars.The food is overpriced and subpar. The service is painfully slow and apathetic even when the restaurant isn't busy. My boyfriend and I went there Sunday night just to get milkshakes and it took 30 minutes. The server making the milkshakes only had two milkshakes to make before ours. He stood behind the bar talking to another employee for about 10 minutes before he even got around to making any of the milkshakes. Once he got around to making them, we noticed he wasn't wearing any gloves. My boyfriend got the Banana's Foster milkshake which has two pieces of bananas on it. The server touched them with his bare hands and then gave the milkshake to my boyfriend! We were not the only disappointed customers that night either. We heard many people complaining around us. There didn't seem to be a manager anywhere around ensuring great customer service. We felt like we were part of a hidden camera show that was testing the patience of customers before they just got up and left. Had we not paid beforehand, we would have just left and gone to Dairy Queen. This is a place we will not eat at again.
