Feedback gevenThis location has clearly changed ownership management. I entered the facility on a Thursday afternoon w few customers dining in and/or ordering take out. Simple order an XL Chili Dog w no cheese (lactose intolerant) extra onion. When the manager recalled order it was completely wrong. I walked through my request once more he stated he understood and it also was to go. As I was sitting waiting for my order the same gentleman brought food to the table unpackaged to go w cheese all over, no chili a half RAW weiner. Losing patience I reiterated once more I'd clearly requested 2x before now the 3rd time I wanted no cheese Xtra onion a properly grilled weiner. Instead of apologizing and complying he argued what he entered on my receipt was different. I painstakingly had to inform him that was NOT what I ordered this was now the 3rd time I'm explaining a very simple order. Next order literally had a raw weiner (sigh) Not sure if there was a language barrier because he was from a different country or he's just tremendously overwhelmed w even the most basic of orders. If you're ordering anything other than ice cream at this location you're screwed w this guy as a manager at the register. It.Was.Horrible
We love this Dairy Queen. The Snickers Blizzard is awesome and you can ask for extra Snickers for a small price. The employees are awesome.
I’m writing a review about working in the place and not about the food. They let kids work for hours and hours with no break. My son came back from work … 8 hours continuous work with no break or food offered to him! That is child abuse!!! That is illegal!!!
Bad service. They do not listen to you when you order. They got my order wrong and didn't fix it. I ordered a sundae and got charged for a blizzard, extra on top of that. Check out how they overcharge me but skimped me on tha' extras. Don't try to complain or ask for it to be done right, the young guys here look at you like you are crazy or something. They always serve stale chips or stale taco shells, even if you ask for fresh. It's sad that there aren't many DQ's in this area and a shame this one doesn't provide better service. I tried calling to let the owner know what kind of service people are getting here but no one knows how to reach the owner, go figure! Sonya if you are reading this reach out to me. I would like to speak to the owner.
This DQ has to have the nicest staff we've ever experienced. Da'Vonn is always so personable and takes great care of us customers. Definitely my favorite one to go to.
