Sky Rocket Burger-frisco

I only had one of the cherry milkshakes. I'm from Wisconsin, so rating ice cream treats is squarely in my wheelhouse. The milkshake had decent flavor, but had ice crystals in it, which are the sign of ice cream that has been freezer burned out has a high water content s opposed to cream. Not good. The server didn't offer whipped cream and just have my the shake without it. When you pay $6 for a milkshake at a fast food place, you should get whipped cream and cherry.

The customer service here was top notch and the food was very delicious. The young lady at the register was so welcoming and had a big smile on her face.

Average food nothing special. Low cost generic off brand drinks that taste terrible don't order coke/diet coke they'll charge you like they have it but actually it's just this nasty off brand product. Place is pretty dirty. Floors haven't been cleaned in a while and the bathrooms are rough.

It’s just meh. Extremely dry beef. The toppings are the only reason it was saved from getting 1 star. Whoever is on the grill doesn’t know how to grill burgers. Just really dry. Way overcooked. I see why this sky rocket establishment has 4.0 and the other sky rocket has 4.8. Big disappointment.

This location was near our hotel so we gave it a try and super happy we did! The shake was a 10/10 not too thick and not too thin with plenty of flavor. The burger was exactly what you would want from a frosty type spot! I love the smashed style burger with all the fixings. The portion of fries was good for the size and the grilled cheese was cooked perfectly, such a great find!
