A&w - Garden City

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the dining room was closed so we weren't able to fully experience it, but the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and quick with our order. I would definitely recommend stopping by. If I'm ever in Michigan again, this will be a must-visit spot. The prices were a bit high, but the food was served hot, correctly, and promptly, making it worth the cost. Overall, a great dining experience.

Fantastic food, quick service, and just as affordable as a typical fast food chain like McDonald's.

Took the family for a cruise and some drive in food so we headed over to Ford road A&W. we LOVED it!! Food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. Staff was alert, ready, and kind (great management) . Well be back thank you !!

I went with a coupon and the speaker worker asked me for the address. I told her it says at participating locations there's no specific address. She gets an attitude and keeps asking me what address is on the coupon and I keep telling her what it says. After a couple of times I repeated it again and asked if they were participating and she sharply just said no. I'm not mad I couldn't use the coupon, I'm just put off about her attitude and will just go to the one downriver because at least they're nice. And they have the car hop set-up not a drive through so you get more of an experience. Whoever was working at the speaker should get reeducated on customer service because I know I wasn't rude or anything because I make it a point to be nice to workers, especially since covid hit.
