Good portions... Exotic burgers... Typical for Bobby Flays... Good price... Only the problem was the service... The counter was good, but there was this server type that was quite rude and looked really rough.. Should bathe or just stay at home at least

Inspired by his love for barbecue and through the United States, Chef Bobby Flay calls his restaurant Bobby Burger Palace, “BBP ”, a very American concept. BBP has a location within Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island where I first tried BBP. For a burger place, the menu is extensive and offers over a dozen signature burgers, delicious hand-cut frits with excellent sauces and toppings, large and fat salads and delicious milkshakes. All items on the menu are created from original Bobby Flay recipes.

Okay, I guess I liked the burger, but it was very hard for some reason. The bread was good, ingredients were good. Although I couldn't eat these fries because I was full after the burger, they were also good. The only problem is Mayo. Sauces are important for Burger restaurants. Mayo was very bad.

Great burger combos to choose from. Add a chocolate shake and fries/onion rings and you have a perfect once-in-a-while lunch treat. Sooooo good!

Being a New Yorker, I usually don 't put mustard on my burger, and the mustard they use is very spicy. All burgers can be crunchified , meaning they 're served with potato chips on the patty.
