Feedback gevenEating looks good, but it was too cold. there were only three people in the line. I don't understand why my food was so cold.
Not sure what happened. At this new location I would have agreed with all of the negative reviewers with my previous visits but the guy working the drivethrough tonight was great. No confusion with the order. Line kept moving and the order was actually correct! Even took the time to let me know the frier would be another minute and a half without asking me to pull forward! Food was made well too!Thumbs up to those working the late shift on 3 29 2022
Always be sure this restaurant is open before placing an online order. I placed an order before I left work so that way I'd be able to pick it up on my way home but when I got to the restaurant they were suddenly closed due to staffing issues. But the location still took my order online earlier. It takes less than one minute for them to take my money out of my bank account for a food order but now it's going to take up to 7 days for me to get a refund! I will never order food online again!! I'm highly irritated and frustrated! I would give zero stars if I could!
Slade was the name on my receipt. Respectful and spoke clearly. My order took a minute but I believe he was doing cash and grill. Food order was ? even my coke with no ice had NO ICE like I asked ? ??
So far I've had good experience, tge only mishap I had was I ordered a hot dog , mustard and ketchup on the side not on the sandwich, of course either there was a miscommunication or whoever made tge dog was incompetent or did give a damn. Anyway no big deal I rather put my own sides toppings together I want it a certain way. Last I wish Checkers would use thin cardboard hotdogs containers instead of Styrofoam containers, to put our hotdogs in, I hate those damb things.
