Dunkin' - Garden City

The experience was very disappointing. They claimed to open at 9 AM, but there was never anyone there. Even when someone eventually showed up, they didn't communicate that they were actually opening at that time. The customer service was really poor.

Wow! What a terrible experience! The staff member who was working on 8/21 at 9:30 am provided such poor customer service. She was unkind and really rude. It was an overall disappointing visit, and the coffee was awful too!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came here for an early morning grocery run and waited until 9:00 AM, as the sign said they would open at that time. However, the person stocking the pastries and bagels told me they weren't open yet. Why have a sign that says 9:00 AM if you're not actually ready to open?

Great place to go there to stop by for a nice drink and/or getting a bakery item Rating: 10/10

They stopped baking and using expresso like 20 mins before the closing time
