I had an incredible experience at Jamba Juice in Roosevelt Field Mall! Claudia and Andrea are absolute gems.Claudia's customer service is top-notch, and Andrea whipped up the most fantastic Caribbean Passion smoothie I've ever had.It's clear that they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers.I'll definitely be back for more of their delicious treats and friendly service! ??? #JambaJuiceRooseveltField #SatisfiedCustomer

Two stars for the smoothie and bowl because it was delicious, however, the cashier who took my order started complaining in Spanish in the middle of taking my order that she didn’t want to make a bowl and didn’t want to be at work thinking I wouldn’t understand her so costumer service is actually terrible. I will not return to this location if making a smoothie bowl is too much for them. Very unprofessional.

This location is extremely clean, and I adore the workers here. Thank you for making my mornings unique by your wonderful aura.

Horrible service. Lady at the register had such a bad attitude. Smoothies are not the same quality. There are other options worth trying than this one.

None of the workers wear gloves and they are touching everything
