Made By Pauline - Garden City

We were shocked we never noticed them before, and very pleased as we purchased these delicious macaroons. It was spectacular! to find such delicious, and beautifully made macaroons in a mall stand of all places. The gentleman was polite, welcoming, and friendly. He made the purchasing experience that much better. Their flavors are cast and yummy. My favourite is the Cassis Trust me, try it and you'll never want another flavour. My wife wanted vanilla but sadly they were all sold out but the other flavours made up for it. We got the almond, coffee, Cassis, and rose. They were all crunch moist in the middle. It was a flavour explosion in your mouth. I can't wait to get my hands on more of these! Definitely a Diamond hidden by the Cinnabon.

During my rare trip to Roosevelt Field Mall, I stumbled upon Made by Pauline macaroon stand. Having traveled to France, the home of these pastry cookies-I had to try. Mainly due to the fact that my luggage AND carry-on exceeded the allowed weight I gave my freshly bought box to my BFF. I was able to try just a few. The rest were hers to enjoy. Now here I am, back in the USA wondering if Made by Pauline's can actually be a contender for the high end type I purchased in Paris, France. To be fair I selected various flavors which included, Hazelnut, Coconut, Passion Fruit, Raspberry, Strawberry, and Lemon. Hazelnut was my least favorite. Passion Fruit and Raspberry were good. With Passion Fruit offering a good blend of sweet and tart. The rest I will save for later.

The service at this restaurant is extremely friendly. The shop is located near Victoria's Secret and H&M.

I really adore Made by Pauline. The woman who owns the shop is fantastic, with a lively personality. She is very knowledgeable about the products and packaged my items well. I will definitely be returning to make another purchase here.

The macarons are delicious and reasonably priced. The owner is very kind, and if I am in the Long Island area and craving macarons, I will definitely visit this shop again.
