Sonic Drive-in - Garden City

On Sunday, 2/13/22 at 3:30PM, I had a terrible experience at Sonic in Garden Town. The staff was rude, and I had to deal with three unpleasant individuals while placing my order over the loudspeaker. Despite ordering for four people, they failed to include the sauces I needed in my bag. I had to return to the counter because they forgot one of the meals, along with the BBQ sauce and Marinara sauce that were supposed to accompany my items. To top it all off, my chicken sandwich was served with burnt bread. I will not be returning to this particular Sonic location.

This is not my usual experience at Sonic. I typically order a Route 44 ice water with lemon, but this time they forgot to add the lemons and the staff was not very friendly. They weren't necessarily rude, just not very welcoming. I will return for hydration purposes in the future, hoping for a more pleasant experience.

I don't have any soss for my offers, no cutlery for the Coney dog, no serviettes. my toast with my meal was cold and there was no mint in the bag. this place has worsened each time I go there. will not go back there.

Sat at the drive through for 20 min they had to ask me if I had paid yet. Give me my food and I had to remind them of my drink sitting right next to my order. Then I get the food and it’s completely wrong. First time getting sonic won’t be going to this pile ever again.

Amazing quality! Everything tasted very fresh, and our carhop Dylan was very courteous!
