Taco Bell - Garden City

The experience at this restaurant was not what I expected. It felt rushed and when I asked about the menu, the answers were brief. We ended up ordering two Mexican pizzas and happy hour drinks, which was disappointing. I was surprised to find out that the happy hour drinks only came in a small size, similar to a child's cup. We were hoping for a larger size. I would have been willing to pay extra for a bigger drink if that had been an option. Overall, I felt that if there was a fee for the happy hour, I would have been willing to pay the difference for a larger drink.

The staff at this Taco Bell location made a mistake with my order and were unable to correct it without charging me extra. The manager was rude and unhelpful.

This restaurant is not accommodating for large rigs or RVs. If the lobby is closed for any reason, such as construction or after hours, they will not be able to serve you. This is their strict policy.

A venerable staff! they said they have my children eating wrong and they have a super evil attitude. I know good help is hard to find, but I won't give any money for a business that thinks it's okay to treat customers to this wise.

5 stars for a Taco Bell? Yes, that's right. The food is good, no different than other Taco Bell locations. This store gets 5 stars from me because of the super friendly service I received. A simple 2 minute interaction with a very friendly gentleman at the window and the sweet woman who brought the food up is what this store deserves a 5-star rating for.
