The Sapphire Room - Garden City

The Sapphire Room, wrapped in a cozy and dim atmosphere, provided a captivating evening, especially enhanced by the live performance of the Apollo Trio, whose jazzy tunes filled the air, creating a lively yet intimate setting. The soft blue lighting cast a gentle glow throughout the room, setting a peaceful and somewhat magical backdrop for our night. Although we only had time to enjoy drinks and dessert during our first visit—having dined elsewhere beforehand—the menu hinted at a tantalizing array of culinary delights that caught our attention. Our shared Crème Brûlée cheesecake was a delicious finale, balancing rich creaminess with caramelized notes in a delightful dance on our taste buds. Watching the generous, clearly appetizing portions served to nearby tables made us earmark a future dinner at this charming establishment. The cozy dance floor, tucked among the tables, provided a lively space for guests to lose themselves in the music. The Sapphire Room, with its combination of soulful live performances and an inviting menu, not only entertained us but also set the stage for a culinary journey we can't wait to embark on during our next visits. It is truly a delightful venue for an engaging and melodic evening.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. I'm only giving it 1 star because I had no choice. On a Friday night, there was only one vodka option available—really? I paid $40 to hear the most terrible rendition of ABBA I’ve ever heard. We made a reservation over 6 months in advance, and when we arrived, there were six of us scattered across three different tables, not even seated together. I will never return.

This venue is absolutely delightful and has a fantastic range of entertainment options. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our last-minute guests. The menu is both creative and delicious, and our family appreciates how beautifully the food is presented and perfectly cooked. Most of the shows are family-friendly, making it a perfect outing for our young grandkids, who are ages 9 to 17. They have a blast dancing in the designated areas! By the end of the night, you find yourself making friends with those around you, if you choose to. This is definitely our favorite fun spot in Boise!

I went to see Steph The Groove and it was a fantastic show with a full house—not a single empty seat in the venue. Manager Angie and her staff provided excellent customer service and hospitality throughout the evening. I will definitely return!

Such a fun and intimate place for music. Dinner was excellent and of course the show was amazing! Tylor The Train Robbers are incredible musicians! We can’t wait to come back!
