Bagelry Bistro - Garden Grove

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The lox bagel was incredibly fresh and delicious. While the decor has an older vibe, the flavorful bagels more than make up for it. I will definitely return! However, I do find the lox bagel to be a bit on the pricey side.

Although the lady at the counter was very friendly, my overall experience was disappointing. The iced coffee was simply a glass filled with ice, requiring you to pour hot coffee over it, resulting in lukewarm coffee. There were no dairy-free milk options available, just half and half. I ordered a bagel with Lox spread for about $4.65, only to find that the Lox spread was essentially cream cheese with tiny, barely noticeable bits of Lox. In hindsight, I should have been more skeptical about finding real fish at that price point. The bagel selection was limited, especially for those who prefer savory options. I chose a sesame bagel, and the only other option was a salt garlic bagel, which didn't look appealing. There were no cheese, Parmesan, everything, or jalapeño bagels available. Additionally, they charge an extra $0.50 for card payments instead of cash. I won't be returning.

Great spot! It's clean and the coffee is excellent. I've added it to my list of go-to places for breakfast before work.

Geez these ladies are so pathetic, again I was ordering multiple bagels and they continued to walk away in between me ordering. So rude, like let me finish ordering. Get another job if you hate your life so much.
