The food was nice and hot. The service was quick and great customer service.

They forgot my burger in my take-out order and I didn't find out until I got home. When I drove back to get it, they didn't apologize and shut the drive thru door in my face. Food way okay, but the service ticked me off a lot. Also my food got cold. I'd visit another location next time.

My daughter and I used the app to order our food today. I'm picky on how I like my food so I asked for my bacon western cheese burger to have a fresh onion ring and no bbq sauce and Luis took my special request. He had kind manners and excellent customer service. In the past, at other Carl's Jr's, they didn't make an effort to make our order correct. But Luis not only made my order good, he put fresh onion rings on my burger and service with a smile.Thank you Luis for your excellent customer service. There needs to be more managers like you.

Wanted a shake on a recent trip and went to this place. My chocolate was great, his strawberry tasted too chemical. The 2 for $6 fish sandwiches were so good, hot, fresh and tasty for a great price. It was early afternoon on a weekday and we were in and out zoom zoom.
