Carl's Jr. - Garden Grove

It's 8:30 on a weekday and I'm hungry, so I'm going to Burger King, but her dining room closes at 7! What? So I drive up the street and see a KFC. But this place is completely closed! ALREADY? It's about 9:00! But next door is a Carl's Jr. And behold, the dining room is open! And just as I open the door, a charming voice rings out, Hi, welcome to Carl's! I find here, name is Megan, who also takes my order, brings me my order and thank you. I enjoy my meal, eat at a clean table in a clean dining area and not in my car! Thank you. Carl's .. and a Shout Out to Megan! She was one of the best food service workers I've met since I don't know when! Great job people!

The food was really hot from this place. This is very rare for Carls Jr. They were fast through the Drive-Thru and the order was right. My only grip is the cost of eating here. Each Carl is able to set its own prices, so it is not consistent. This seemed to be in the middle of the street until the prices. I've seen more expensive, but I've seen cheaper too.

Esmerelda treated the drive thru like a real professional . . Spoke clear, understood unmistakingly and followed by handing out of my order exactly as I had set it . . All while the experience more pleasant than most drives by experience I had in the last memory. Smart, friendly, attentive and hard work! I hope you see Esmerelda. You need to give you a pay increase RIGHT AWAY!

We had the Big Carl and chicken pliers. Everything was really good. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean.
