Panda Express - Garden Grove

I stopped by this Panda Express because my aunt lives just down the street from the Plaza where I was looking for one. I ordered a bowl with Chow Mein and orange chicken. However, I found I only received about 8 or 9 pieces of orange chicken, so I probably should have gotten another serving. My wife chose something from the children's menu, opting for fried rice and Kung Pao chicken. We thought the food was just okay; after all, it's a fast food place, so you can't expect much when it comes to quality. The parking lot was decent, and since it wasn't too busy when I arrived, we were in and out in just 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and attentive to guests.

This place is stunning! It’s extremely clean, and the staff is friendly, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I was originally planning to take my food home, but the way they treated me like family completely changed my mind. Great job, everyone!

I wish I could give zero stars and I genuinely hope that the penny-pinching General Manager either resigns or gets fired. Every time I visit this place, I leave feeling utterly dissatisfied and frustrated. The person in charge clearly has no regard for quality and seems to train the staff to skimp on portion sizes while loading up bowls and plates with cheap, low-quality vegetables. The servers don't even seem to notice how piled high the overpriced, lukewarm, subpar vegetables are in their styrofoam containers. The food is anything but fresh, the meat is tough and questionable, and the portions are shockingly small. The overall quality is abysmal. I can't wait for the day this dreadful establishment goes out of business. This place is nothing short of a joke. It’s an absolute disaster and a major letdown. I can only imagine that the owner is following in the footsteps of such poor management. It’s truly disgraceful.

The most difficult situation I've ever been can't understand why this place is so busy during dinner. Just every meat, like three good pieces honey chicken and a few small pieces of bread per entry. I couldn't finish all the rice in the larger plate because I ran out of meat, and my stomach didn't feel loaded or full at all. Compared to other locations, the larger plate would have left me with about 1/3. Probably never buy Panda I'm sure I'm just a customer, but all my brothers also agree to boycott.

Clean. Ordered family package. Should have checked it before I left! Ordered 3 items for the main meal.....when I got home I only had two of the entries I ordered. Had to go back and have it corrected. No problem, the staff was very nice and got it taken care of.
