Panda Express - Garden Grove

I have a passion for the orange chicken at this restaurant, but I prefer it spicy. Unfortunately, none of the items in my order were served hot. The chicken also lacked the desired crispiness, indicating it may not have been freshly prepared. To make matters worse, my order was ready over thirty minutes prior to me receiving it, despite the restaurant being close to my home. I am once again left feeling disappointed.

I decided to try this restaurant again, but it will probably be my last time. Once again, the food was not served hot. The most disappointing aspect was the change that was made to my favorite dish--orange chicken. As soon as I smelled it, I could tell it was different. They had added too much soy sauce, making it very salty. I was very disappointed. I only gave it one star for the quick delivery. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The portion sizes at this location are smaller than what you would find at other locations.

I used to frequent this restaurant more often in the past, but recent experiences have been disappointing. The last three times I visited, the dish I typically order was not available, and I had to wait 5 minutes before they had it ready. This is something they should always have prepared. It's frustrating to be in the drive-through and not have the option to get what you want. I might be done with this location.

For management or franchise sector of this location,Here are problems that this location has;1. extremely small portion size2. rude employee3. employee who does not even know how to order I guarantee them that this place does not take more than a year when they do not fix it immediately. in the last 30 days I have already noticed that there are no customers in the drive thru (lunch and dinner time.) please fix it.
