Pizza Hut - Garden Grove

I ordered 1 pizza and a breadsticks it took an hour for them to be done I called twice and nobody answered once I got my pizza they handed me two boxes which I only ordered one my breadsticks weren’t cut either

I did a late night order for delivery an hour within closing and everything went good with my delivery except I got the wrong order, they used door dash instead of their driver to insure they got the delivery to me on time however mistakenly rushed and I got the wrong pizza and wings. So it 's now after the store has closed and I 'm like we 'll I guess somethings better than nothing, and here you 're probably thinking this girl just gave a 5 star review doesn 't sound good , well hold onto your tights I 'm getting there! Just when I was about to write Customer service Arianna from the store called me. She was so sweet and apologetic and had my pizza at the store and said she was so sorry about this mishap and then took all the appropriate steps to make it right. Let 's face it, Miss Arianna wants to go home, it 's a Friday night after store hours, after midnight she didn 't have to call, she honestly could have waited until tomorrow but she didn 't she went above and beyond to make things right. And that 's why I 'm giving this store 5 ? Employees with integrity and dedication are hard to find these days and Arianna displayed both those qualities tremendously, so much so I googled reviewed Pizza hut and no one does that. This girl deserves a raise or promotion or something because she is the reason I will continue to do my Pizza business with the Hut, thank you Arianna!

I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. Ordered delivery and this is how it arrived.

Green peppers were burnt. Very few tomatoes as topping.

12-4-22 horrible customer service by the lady with glasses and black hair she didnt have a name tag but was very rude she seems like she hates the world needless to say i wont be back a little politeness goes a long way no matter how bad of day you have leave your troubles at home i can now see why they are hiring for managers and shift leads
